Chemietron, a company engaged in Designing, Manufacturing, Supply, Documentation and Validation of Clean Air Equipments for a variety of Pharmaceutical units, Air pollution Equipments, Sterile O.T. Rooms for Orthopedic Surgery & General Surgery since 1980. Chemietron has been successfully undertaking the job of up grading the existing or new plants in accordance with the SCHEDULE ‘M’, ‘USFDA’, ISO 9001 (Quality Assurance), ISO 14644 & CEN Standards and Standard of GMP-WHO requirements.

Located at Ahmedabad, the techno capital of the Vibrant Gujarat, Chemietron’s Sales and Head office having an area of approx. 8000 sq. ft consists of a show room displaying all its products, a Design division with 10 CAD Engineers creating drawings in accordance with Schedule ‘M’ and after Sales & Service section for customer support.

Chemietron’s manufacturing UNIT-1 located at Narol-Vatva road has a total area of 30,000 sq. ft. and covered shed area of 12,500 sq. ft. This manufacturing unit is equipped with all the latest machineries like Hydraulic presses, Shearing machines, Sheet metal fabrication facility, PUF injecting machine, Argon ARC welding machine, etc. with a capacity to manufacture 10 AHUs per day.

Its manufacturing UNIT-2 is located at Vatva, one of the well known industrial belt of Ahmedabad. This unit with approx. 6000 sq. ft. is well equipped to take care of all SS fabrications, Buffing, Hydraulic Press, Shear, Argon ARC welding machine, etc.

Chemietron has the latest testing facilities to manufacture equipments as per the International Standards. Each and every product that is manufactured at Chemietron passes through the Stringent Quality Control & Testing Rig to ensure International Standard Quality. Chemietron has a special ‘Customer Technical Support Department’ also called CTSD to provide various technical soloutions to the customer.

Chemietron has thoroughly studied the applicability of SCHEDULE ‘M ’, GMP Law, ISO 14644 & CEN Standard with its utmost requirement and accordingly has been designing Clean Air Systems, keeping the following points in view:
